More than my titles, accomplishments, and commendations, I am a woman who deeply recognizes the impact that life experiences have had on shaping who and how I am. These experiences amid relationships, tragedy, triumphs, and a strong faith in God have led me to the belief that my life is not about simply making a living– my life is about living my making. A’Yanna Webster is a speaker, coach, consultant and author who has found her life’s passion and work in helping people maximize their full potential! She has more than 20 years of experience in personal growth and human behavior and development. Her love and passion for public speaking developed when she was competing in the Miss America Pageant Organization to help pay for college. While competing in the system A’Yanna won several local titles and state awards. She is a former Miss Kansas City and Miss Missouri Pageant Finalist. Today, as a talented keynote speaker, trainer and facilitator she has graced stages across the world. A’Yanna has had the honor of speaking to thousands of people, empowering them to unleash the “winner within” while providing actionable takeaways that breed results. Her speaking programs are centered in the Winning Within philosophy, and challenges audiences to go “beneath the surface to rise above challenges.” A’Yanna’s audiences include a diverse set of clients in K-12 education, government, corporation, non-profit, small business, and colleges and universities. A’Yanna is also a Certified Professional Personal Coach and a Certified Social & Emotional Emotional Intelligence Coach. Her coaching ability makes her a dynamic facilitator and master at advancing group dynamics. Be it a work team, a married couple, or other intact group, A’Yanna gets to the root to diagnose issues, identify customized solutions, and create a more healthy environment.
