Our Philosophy
The Winning Within philosophy is rooted in the belief that within every individual is the desire, but most of all the power to succeed.  This power must develop on the inside, before it can manifest itself in the form of success on the outside, or in daily life. We challenge our clients to subjectively define what winning or success looks like when achieved. After which, we work together in partnership to formulate and execute a plan of action that will lead to maximum performance & progressive development.

The Empowerment Approach
Winning Within prides itself on being rooted in “empowerment.” To be empowered means to be “given” power, strength, or competence.   When people are empowered they are “given” the practical tools and knowledge necessary to take action.  Knowledge is power, but it is only powerful when it is used.  So in order to truly be empowered you must have some “how to’s ” that will guide you in applying information.

About DICN:
Divas in Christ Network is a membership group geared toward empowering, mentoring, and supporting women. The "Network” is for the woman who is on the path to her dreams, and is looking for other women on the same path, from which to network, learn, and grow.

Our Mission:
Divas In Christ Network is a division of Winning Within, Inc. The mission of Divas In Christ is to be a vehicle whereby women can engage in networking, personal development, and support the growth of one another.  Through DICN women are empowered to create and pursue a vision for their lives and are encouraged to do the same in the lives of other women.

To be the premiere empowerment and networking group for the personal development and mentoring of today’s Christian women.

Our Method:
Divas In Christ Network exists to meet the needs of women in the following areas:
1.    Internally, by encouraging self-examination including one’s ambitions, intentions and motivations as well as uncovering and pursuing God’s purpose for out lives
